weak wi-fibroken light switch
I found a few things less than stellar. The Wi-Fi signal was practically nonexistent except when I was in the bathroom. The light switch, however, seemed to only work when it was like it, leading to some very dark moments. the soundproofing? What soundproofing? I could hear the trams as if they were in my room, and I swear I knew my neighbor's entire life story just from overhearing their phone calls.

The room was really good. It included bathrobes, towels, and slippers. The cleaning services was great because every day our room was super clean. The staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a big variety of food selection. The nearby tram stations made getting around easy.
There are stairs everywhere, even if you use elevator.

the breakfast was good with many options.
The room felt outdated. The furnishings seemed old and worn. i also found long black hairs scattered on the floor, so cleanliness was a concern. the motion-sensor lighting in the bathroom was annoying, because it kept turning off while i showered.
